Shipping policy
Local shipping

Shipping to South Africa is free on all orders. Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received. For local and regional orders, we mostly use The Courier Guy and you will be provided with a tracking number after we dispatch. For products that we have in stock, your order should should arrive within 3-5 working days days nationwide. Orders that are processed on back order should arrive between 5 – 7 working days.

Mebala will not be held liable for any damages or losses occurred due to the incorrect delivery address or incorrect or absence of recipient.

International shipping

We deliver to Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Eswatini, Lesotho and Namibia within 7 – 14 days for a delivery fee of R300.

– Please note: The maximum value that we can ship to Zimbabwe for leather goods is $250 USD

We are not able to deliver to Russia due to Russian import regulations.

For delivery to any other international destination we charge R1 500. The delivery time will be a minimum of 10 working days. We make use of FedEx for all international deliveries.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers are required to inspect the product upon delivery. Signing and accepting the product will be taken to mean that the customer is happy with the package. 

Returns – should you need to return a product for whatever reason, please email sales@mebala.co. To be eligible for return, products must be unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged.

Exchanges – to request an exchange, please email sales@mebala.co. To be eligible for an exchange, products must be unwashed, unused, undamaged. The exchange will be at the cost of Mebala.

Damages – damaged items will be collected and returned by Mebala at no cost to the customer.
